Kasteel Triple

T
his tripel is a strong blonde beer in which both the bitterness and the fruitiness of the hops make their presence felt. The recipe has recently been changed to include a higher proportion of aroma hops. It has a subtle aroma with touches of fruit and impressions of malt, cloves and flowers. The main taste is of fruit. It is a balanced beer that is never too bitter. The alcohol comes to the fore in the finish. The Kasteel Tripel is the mother beer for the exclusive Trignac that is matured in brandy barrels.

Dule Teve

D
ulle Teve means Mad Bitch, but the US government does not like the name, so we said TRIPEL. Is is an all malt brew with white candy in the kettle and refermented. Alc 10 %. Is not meant for aging. Although some beer lover do it, with good comments. Aging means decreasing of bitterness and should happen in a cold and dark room.

Delirium Tremens

This perfect blonde accentuates qualities of an exceptional hop as well as various pale malts. She offers acute points of bitterness, and reveals with the nose an astonishing malted coat. If finishes on a bitter tone peppered without any key of aggressiveness. It represents strong lager under its best appearance. It was crowed champion of the beer world in 1988.
