Sint Bernardus Abt 12

The absolute top quality in the hierarchy of the best beers in the world. It is also the beer with the highest alcohol content (10%) from this brewery. A dark ivory coloured beer with a high fermentation. The show piece of the brewery. Thanks to its soft and unconditionally genuine fruity aroma with hints of banana and apples, the beer can be smoothly tasted. The Abt has a very fruity flavour. If you ever wanted to taste the Trappist Westvleteren 12 (supposedly number 1 best beer in the world ) which you can't buy but only in the monastery itself and in very limited amounts (2 cases) if available but still wanted to know what that taste is like, the Sint Bernardus Abt 12 comes very very close. An absolute recommendation !!
